Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. It offers many learning and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, be highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts
  • Create content for social media channels
  • Prepare presentations as instructed
  • Arrange travel including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants
  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Anticipate needs to ensure positive experiences
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Preferred 1 year of experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High-speed internet (20Mbps+ download)
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, using a computer and office equipment. Occasionally, moving and exerting force up to 40 pounds may be required.
