Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. The role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This position offers many learning and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, be highly organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior experience is recommended but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts

Candidate Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High-speed internet connection (20+ Mbps)
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute

Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, operating computers and office equipment, and occasional movement within the office.
