We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful team player to join our team as an Admin & Operations Associate / Junior Sales Support. This is a hybrid role that blends administrative excellence, operational coordination, and sales enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the executive team in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Take ownership of calendar management, especially assisting with diary coordination for leadership
  • Prepare, design, and polish presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for clients, partners, and internal use
  • Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting follow-ups, CRM updates, and proposal delivery
  • Act as a central point for internal coordination, helping keep meetings and projects on track
  • Jump in where needed to support ad-hoc tasks related to growth, admin, or operations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, sales support, operations, or related roles
  • Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides and document design skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication – client-ready level
  • Detail-oriented with a natural sense of structure and clarity
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) – an advantage
  • Self-starter with a “no task too small” attitude and high ownership

Bonus Points

  • Experience in startups, fintech, consulting, or working directly with executives
  • Background in banking, sales enablement, or working with pitch materials
  • Design tools knowledge (e.g., Canva, Figma) for visual polish
