Job Responsibilities

  1. Process, code, and upload invoices into the system
  2. Track delivery tickets
  3. Prepare and submit timesheets for weekly payroll
  4. Enter daily reports and perform general office duties such as filing and answering phones
  5. Perform clerical duties for the QC department
  6. Assist with various tasks as requested by management

Minimum Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of accounts payable experience (preferred)
  • Cost coding experience, including job costing
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Prior construction office experience (a plus)
