Job Responsibilities
- Process, code, and upload invoices into the system
- Track delivery tickets
- Prepare and submit timesheets for weekly payroll
- Enter daily reports and perform general office duties such as filing and answering phones
- Perform clerical duties for the QC department
- Assist with various tasks as requested by management
Minimum Requirements
- At least three (3) years of accounts payable experience (preferred)
- Cost coding experience, including job costing
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Prior construction office experience (a plus)
