Steely is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (internal databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Support senior analysts in developing models and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
