Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue.
Description & Benefits
- Uncapped commission earnings
- First-year compensation plans range from $55,000 to $95,000

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity. We prioritize respect for both customers and associates.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers to grow your book of business, focusing on continuous growth and new business acquisition.
- Planning & Priority Setting: Plan your week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth, adopting a bottom-up approach.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to showcase their value and quality, emphasizing our investment in American-made products.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using our proven sales programs and training workshops, with a company goal to double sales every five years.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on cost-savings and support provided to customers in the field.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage
- Use of personal electronic devices in compliance with company policies
- Execution of an Employment Agreement prior to employment
