We are seeking a:

Sales Representative (100%)

Starting date: as soon as possible

Your role:

Join our North American Sales team as a Sales Representative. You will work closely with new customers to identify product fit and close deals, interface with distribution partners, ensure opportunity progression, and support account satisfaction and growth. This role requires independence, proactive relationship building, industry learning, and delivering value.

What you will own:

  • Build and maintain leads and opportunities pipelines for direct and indirect sales
  • Consult prospects to solidify fit and convert to opportunities
  • Source new sales opportunities via inbound, outbound, campaigns, and events
  • Own sales objectives and growth strategies in your territory
  • Manage and develop channel partner networks
  • Guide opportunities through the buying process with presentations, demos, and proof of concepts
  • Support sales activities for local distributors
  • Build relationships with key accounts and ensure their growth potential
  • Build brand awareness and generate demand
  • Coordinate with marketing for business development activities
  • Participate in nationwide sales efforts and trade shows
  • Travel to industrial sites for meetings, demonstrations, or proof of concepts, including working at heights or in hazardous environments
  • Assist in organizing trade shows and projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years sales experience in industrial or complex commercial products
  • Experience with channel sales and B2B sales
  • Proven success in selling contracts to companies or government agencies
  • Hardware/software sales experience is a plus
  • UAV, ROV, or robotics experience is a plus
  • Quick learner of industry needs and processes
  • Proactive, ethical, team-oriented
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to handle equipment weighing 50-70 pounds and work at heights
  • Must be able to work in the US and drive
  • Willing to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally
