We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our community. This role offers the opportunity to interact with clients daily and help create a supportive and meaningful community!

POSITION:

The Sales Representative assists with retaining members and providing unmatched customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales processes including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals and needs
• Maintain personal sales targets
• Promote the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas
• Participate in community events to promote the club
• Develop and refine selling skills
• Process transactions accurately
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Manage retail inventory
• Complete training programs
• Create social media content
• Assist with light cleaning duties
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm, engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with a focus on memberships, retail, and private training sales
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software
• Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
