We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community. This role offers the opportunity to interact daily with clients and foster a supportive environment.
Position:
The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with membership sales, bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. They also help retain current members and deliver outstanding customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes.
- Conduct tours, establish relationships, and assess individual goals and needs.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales production.
- Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present services to current and prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets.
- Participate in community events to promote the studio.
- Develop selling skills continuously.
- Process accurate transactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Manage retail inventory.
- Complete relevant training programs.
- Take photos for social media.
- Maintain cleanliness of retail area, studio, and restrooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Warm, engaging personality.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to learn and operate ClubReady software.
- Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
