Position:

The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in generating new memberships by engaging with potential members, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also includes retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes.
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals.
• Maintain personal sales targets.
• Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas.
• Participate in community events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills continuously.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Manage inventory for retail items.
• Attend training programs.
• Create social media content.
• Perform light cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to use ClubReady software.
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email).
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
