We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee complex IT projects with a focus on application development, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives in the dynamic energy and natural resources industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT application development projects.
• Define project scope, establish priorities, and set schedules for deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, including analysts, developers, and clients.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of project transitions.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows and team efficiency.
• Implement and manage tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and CRM technologies into project solutions.
• Develop and maintain communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in database management and budget processes.
• Proven ability to lead and execute change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry is a plus.
