Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports per GAAP
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or real estate
• Proficient in Excel
