Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and prepare financial entries and documentation from various internal and external sources.
- Record and maintain data related to asset transactions and ensure timely processing of periodic calculations.
- Prepare and submit required business documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collect and consolidate financial data from various teams to support reporting requirements.
- Prepare account reconciliations, financial analyses, and related supporting documentation.
- Participate in and support process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Research financial or operational issues and adjust processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in audits by supplying required information and documentation.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years related experience
- Strong analytical and systems skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and shift focus as necessary
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is desired
