Responsibilities

• The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all financial information, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, accounts receivable (if applicable), and income journal for each property assigned.
• Reports directly to the Director of Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CMA preferred
