Senior Business Solutions Manager at Ledgent Finance & Accounting I Strategic Staffing Partner

We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to join our clients finance team in the Hillsboro area. This role is essential for accurate financial reporting, audit support, inventory and COGS management, and driving key financial insights. The ideal candidate has strong accounting expertise, preferably with manufacturing experience, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP

* Lead month-end and year-end close processes

* Manage inventory and cost of goods sold accounting

* Oversee fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities

* Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls

* Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* CPA or CMA certification preferred

* 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing background preferred

* Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel

* Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting

* Detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player
