Delivery Driver DOT CDL A - Kansas City, KS

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform product deliveries along assigned routes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, requesting repairs as needed.
3. Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accurate delivery windows.
4. Place products in assigned storage locations per customer requests.
5. Maintain accuracy and prevent damage during delivery.
6. Communicate problems immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
7. Read maps and follow geographic directions.
8. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, using time and resources effectively.
9. Follow safety, DOT, and company policies and procedures.
10. Remain DOT compliant and aware of guideline changes.
11. Complete administrative tasks and paperwork accurately.
12. Review customer invoices and report mechanical problems or delays.
13. Maintain vehicle logs and other records as per company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
2. At least 1 year of route driving experience.
3. DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.
4. Ability to understand regulatory guidelines.
5. Customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
8. Self-motivated and customer-focused.
9. High school diploma or GED.

Driver safety is a priority; we use dash cameras with AI to monitor safe driving. All drivers sign a consent form upon hire.
