This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. A NAPA Delivery Driver works outside the office or store, serving customers on the road. This position is suitable for those who want to pursue a career as a Driver, explore other opportunities at NAPA, or earn additional income.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering parts to our customers with a focus on developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
• Maintaining safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need:

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk during shifts; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions correctly and process core/part returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License

This position offers an hourly pay of $20.25. Pay progression may apply, with potential progression to the top end of the range within 12 months of hire for hourly roles. Starting rate for other positions is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
