What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the delivery truck per safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and handling basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary; ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions and returns correctly
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.75. Pay progression may apply; top end of the range is reachable within 12 months for hourly positions. Other positions’ starting rates are based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
