Job Description

LHH is seeking a temporary receptionist for a 3-month assignment starting immediately. This role is fully onsite in Mechanicsville, VA and requires a criminal background check prior to starting.

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Provide support to various departments as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion



Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
