Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temporary opportunity, located in New Britain, CT.
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Promptly answer and accurately direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail and timeliness.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area to reflect a professional office environment.

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage meeting room reservations efficiently.

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

  • Assist internal departments with clerical tasks as needed to support overall office operations.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
