Job Description
We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our administrative team. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and employees and plays an essential role in ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front office.
What You’ll Do
•
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
•
Answer and direct phone calls; handle inquiries as appropriate.
•
Monitor visitor logs, assist visitors, and support building security procedures.
•
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception and lobby area.
•
Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and document distribution.
•
Maintain up to date training completion
•
Order office supplies, catering for visitors, and weekly breakfast for administrative staff.
•
Complete and submit weekly expense reports for the General Manager.
•
Support the HR Manager and the administrative team with additional projects as assigned.
•
Follow all company policies including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), PPE, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
•
1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills highly preferred.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•
Professional phone etiquette and appearance.
•
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•
Excellent attendance and reliability.
•
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
