Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution throughout the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
