  • Compensation: $17.15 - $24.00 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Handle mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution throughout the office.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
