Overview
As a Licensed Electrician I, you’ll be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial environments. You’ll work on projects that demand precision, safety, and collaboration.
Pay
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $48.00/hr
Up to 180 Per Diem (per day) with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply blueprints on job sites
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Layout and install conduit systems, lighting, control systems, and motor feeders
- Mentor and guide Helpers/Apprentices
- Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members and work independently when needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in renewable energy systems and implement them as needed
- Provide assistance and advice on electrical systems during planning and design of new projects
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent experience (8,000 hours)
- Valid electrician license and up-to-date training
- Willingness to travel 60–75%
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, with potential for nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician in commercial or industrial settings
- Proven experience with control systems, motor feeders, and connections
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of safety procedures, regulations, and OSHA standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent physical condition to work in varied environments (heights, confined spaces, etc.)
- Understanding of renewable energy systems
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid electrician’s license and proof of insurance
