Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Dublin, GA

7am-4pm Mon-Fri.

Pay rate $17 per hour.

Covering for a Leave of Absence: 4 months

Summary

The person will be responsible for the following:

• E-filing employee files
• E-filing training records
• Scheduling phone interviews & on-sites
• Sending applicant & new hire onboarding packets
• Birthday cards
• Updating employee information kiosk
• Assisting with employee events
• Auditing data entry reports
