We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst I, Business to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position requires a motivated self-starter who excels in analytical thinking, project management, and customer service. As part of this long-term contract, you will play a vital role in auditing supplier transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with established policies.
Responsibilities:
• Audit supplier transactions in Coupa to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Build trust with suppliers through clear communication and follow-up to ensure timely payment and updates to supplier data.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and meet internal service-level agreements.
• Resolve internal and external issues by tracking resolutions and maintaining clear communication.
• Assist with special projects within your department or as part of cross-functional teams.
• Recommend process improvements and updates to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Meet predefined daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Utilize tools such as Oracle, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite to support department operations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members in areas of expertise.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and conflicting demands.• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in auditing, customer service, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Private home office setup with secure and reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with business systems such as Coupa, Oracle, and ServiceNow is a plus.
