Within Client Americas, the Procurement Team—in the Operational Resilience & Third Party Services Department—plays a vital strategic role. The team is structured around three core functions: Sourcing, Purchasing, and Contingent Workforce Management. Each function contributes directly to the firm's broader goals by aligning with business priorities, enabling agility, and ensuring that the right resources, vendors, and workforce capabilities are in place to support the company's strategic execution.

Role Overview:

This role will focus on planning and executing improvement initiatives, enhancing program performance through data-driven insights, and collaborating across departments to ensure our contingent workforce strategy aligns with business needs. The role will also contribute to the oversight and governance of the program's ongoing operations. The analyst will report to the Director, Operational Resilience & Third Party Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Contingent Workforce Strategy: Drive initiatives aimed at refining the company's contingent workforce strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional projects related to program improvements, process redesign, and strategic implementation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Program Improvement: Identify program gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness, compliance, and scalability.
  • Documentation Management: Create, revise, and maintain program documentation, procedures and standards that support governance and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Procurement, HR, Legal, and external vendors to drive alignment and successfully deliver program enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and adoption of program improvements.
  • Program Oversight Support: Provide assistance in the oversight of Client's Staffing Program's operations as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contingent workforce management, including both Staffing and Statement of Work (SOW) models.
  • Strong industry knowledge of contingent labor, including terminology, legal/compliance requirements, and market challenges.
  • Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver projects that enhance business or program operations.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across complex organizational structures.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience managing or implementing contingent workforce platforms (e.g., VMS).
  • Background in vendor management or general procurement.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCWP, PMP).
  • Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a VMS provider environment.
