Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to help with their Identity Management.

Hybrid (3 days a week onsite to Downtown Chicago)

Responsibilities

• Prepare clean, organized identity datasets for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system integration.
• Generate accurate and timely reports related to ServiceNow requests, access issues, and project metrics.
• Document RBAC requirements, processes, and controls to support governance and compliance.
• Capture and maintain stakeholder meeting notes and decision logs.
• Develop process flows and models to illustrate current and future state workflows.
• Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable recommendations to enhance access controls.
• Collaborate with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in internal repositories.
• Coordinate with Governance, Support, and IT Field Services teams to align on project goals.
• Draft and distribute communications related to IAM project efforts.
• Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform business requirements and project direction.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or technical support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of identity management, user access reviews, and RBAC principles.
• Experience coordinating meetings, taking notes, and tracking decisions.
• Skilled in gathering feedback and translating it into business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Rate

Rate: $40-47/HR
