Job Summary

• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Perform data analysis to prepare clean, organized identity data sets for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system loading.
• Generate accurate, timely reports for ServiceNow requests, access issues, and project metrics.
• Document RBAC requirements, processes, and controls.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through meeting coordination, note taking, and maintaining decision logs.
• Create process flows and models outlining current and future state workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improving access controls.
• Draft, coordinate, and send communications related to identity project efforts.
• Collect and report on feedback associated with IAM projects.
• Collaborate with Global Technology Support Teams and Governance Teams to publish documentation.
• Write technical documentation and ensure it is stored in appropriate repositories.
• Document business requirements based on collected feedback.
• Hybrid role requiring both onsite presence in Chicago, IL and remote work.
• Temporary contract (6 to 18 months).

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in a similar analyst or support role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts.
