Job Summary
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. Perform data analysis to prepare clean, organized identity data sets for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system loading. Generate accurate, timely reports for ServiceNow requests, access issues, and project metrics. Document RBAC requirements, processes, and controls. Facilitate stakeholder engagement through meeting coordination, note taking, and maintaining decision logs. Create process flows and models outlining current and future state workflows. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improving access controls. Draft, coordinate, and send communications related to identity project efforts. Collect and report on feedback associated with IAM projects. Collaborate with Global Technology Support Teams and Governance Teams to publish documentation. Write technical documentation and ensure it is stored in appropriate repositories. Document business requirements based on collected feedback. Hybrid role requiring both onsite presence in Chicago, IL and remote work. Temporary contract (6 to 18 months).
Qualifications
Requires 2+ years of experience in a similar analyst or support role. Strong communication skills. Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts.
