Beaver Toyota of Cumming and Beaver Mazda are seeking motivated, positive, and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Client Care Center (CCC). As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of two of Georgia’s most trusted automotive dealerships.

What You’ll Do:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and returning customers
2. Set service and sales appointments for Beaver Toyota and Beaver Mazda
3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every caller has a positive experience
4. Follow up with leads, vehicle or service inquiries, and missed appointments
5. Collaborate with sales and service teams to keep the schedule full and customers satisfied
6. Track activity, appointments, and follow-up to maximize commissions
