Call Center Manager Needed for a Nationwide Internet Provider

Salary: $50K – $55K Annually
Location: Onsite in Bulverde, TX
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring adherence to policies and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as response times, first call resolution, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage complex customer escalations to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate on staffing forecasts and schedule development to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Work with marketing, sales, and technical teams to maintain consistent customer messaging.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in call center software, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.
