Campaign Manager Needed for a Nationwide Internet Services Provider

Campaign Manager
oversees paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis across digital platforms such as Meta and Google. This role leads a team of advertising specialists to develop campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize ROI, and support broader marketing and sales goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled in audience targeting and creative testing, and collaborates effectively with creative, content, and technical teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and implement paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns.
Lead and mentor the Meta and Google Ads Specialists, coordinating team efforts.
Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking.
Conduct A/B testing of creative, copy, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Work with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creative and messaging.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithms, and advertising best practices.
Report campaign results, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and industry regulations.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ad management and analytics tools.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
