Job Details

  • Job Title: Customer Support Representative
  • Location: Columbus, OH
  • Pay Rate: $19.16/hour
  • Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.16/hr
  • Remote Start (First 4–5 Weeks): Begin your journey with us from the comfort of your home; all training sessions and classes will be conducted remotely
  • In-Office Experience (Post-Training): After training, transition to a full 5-day in-office schedule
  • Hybrid Flexibility (After 6 Months): After six months, move to a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Assist clients with Cash Management products, online/mobile access, and general inquiries.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service while meeting performance metrics.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and multiple systems.
