Job Details
Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $19.16/hour
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Remote Start (First 4–5 Weeks): Begin your journey with us from the comfort of your home. All training sessions and classes will be conducted remotely.
In-Office Experience (Post-Training): After training, your role will transition to a full 5-day in-office schedule, allowing for hands-on learning, team collaboration, and stronger workplace connections.
Hybrid Flexibility (After 6 Months): Upon completing six months of service, transition to a hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
