Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Broad understanding of IT (hardware, software, network, communication)
- A good understanding of the following will be an advantage:
-Network topics such as DHCP and DNS
-Printer troubleshooting and Print Management
- Provide basic support for laptops, cell phones, and setup access
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- At least 1 year of IT Tech Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with IT Lifecycle Management
