IT Support Specialist – On-Site (Dallas, TX)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy

IT Support Specialist – On-Site (Dallas, TX)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our Dallas-based team! You’ll be the go-to resource for handling help desk requests, resolving technical issues, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT help desk requests via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Support and manage tickets in Jira Service Management and Jira Asset Manager.
• Assist with ServiceTitan and HouseCall Pro (user and admin functions).
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Participate in regular in-office and virtual meetings.
• Help improve processes and workflows in the IT help center.
  
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• 1–3 years of experience with ServiceTitan and HouseCall Pro.
• 1–3 years of experience with Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication skills across email, chat, and voice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Bonus points for CCNA, Microsoft Certified, or ServiceTitan Certified.
