IT Support Specialist
to join our Dallas-based team! Youll be the go-to resource for handling help desk requests, resolving technical issues, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT help desk requests via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel). Support and manage tickets in Jira Service Management and Jira Asset Manager. Assist with ServiceTitan and HouseCall Pro (user and admin functions). Escalate complex issues when needed. Participate in regular in-office and virtual meetings. Help improve processes and workflows in the IT help center.
What You Bring:
13 years of experience with Microsoft 365 products. 13 years of experience with ServiceTitan and HouseCall Pro. 13 years of experience with Jira Service Management. Excellent communication skills across email, chat, and voice. Bachelors degree in Business Communication, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Bonus points for CCNA, Microsoft Certified, or ServiceTitan Certified.
