Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves working face-to-face with clients? We’re looking for a Support Specialist who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats—from setting up workstations to troubleshooting server environments—across a wide variety of industries and businesses. If you enjoy solving problems on the front lines and being the tech clients rely on, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a key member of the field support team, helping clients resolve technical issues and optimize their systems—primarily on-site across Long Island.
