What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot issues with computers, networks, and peripherals
- Manage IT service incidents and maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
- Communicate effectively with users to diagnose problems and provide solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams for escalations and problem resolution
- Conduct regular software and access audits to ensure compliance and security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience and professional certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Service Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of network management, troubleshooting, and configuration
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting across various platforms and operating systems
- Experience supporting a Citrix environment and knowledge of Azure Active Directory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCDA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Experience with writing technical documentation
- Familiarity with two-factor authentication tools and identity management solutions
- Experience with VPN services and remote access software
- Knowledge of Genesys or similar phone system support
