What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and manage the support team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction - Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency - Strategize and implement paths to a balanced scorecard for team performance - Innovate and manage scalable support programs to transform opportunities into solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): - 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in leading and managing a technical support team - Strong understanding of application support best practices and industry standards - Proficiency in using systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and JIRA - Experience with healthcare transaction debugging (HL7, 837, CCDA) and various connectivity methods - Familiarity with Nextgen Connect/Mirth engine
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems or MBA - Experience supporting PM and/or EHR systems within the healthcare industry - Knowledge of Snowflake and PostgreSQL - Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset - Strong emotional intelligence and strategic decision-making capabilities
