Familiarity with virtual environments, MDM, and VPN.

Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM is advantageous.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable.

DELL Certification is desirable.

Knowledge of ITIL and experience working within an ITIL environment is beneficial.

Exceptional customer-facing skills and effective communication with end users.

Logical and analytical approach, accurate record keeping, ability to work independently, good time management, and a focus on quality work.
