We’re partnering with a respected manufacturer to fill a Customer Support Specialist role focused on product performance and client satisfaction. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving in a technical environment. The position is onsite on the south side of Cleveland.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product performance, warranty details, and service feedback

  • Accurately document and manage claims using internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

  • Analyze feedback trends to support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain up-to-date product support materials and documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or warranty support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.



Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $49,500.00 per year
