Your Role As a Store Manager Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, receiving personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Ensure safety and security by following all safety rules, security protocols, and company policies. Maintain the stores appearance to ensure it always looks its best.

Requirements
Qualifications for a Store Manager include: At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations. May be exposed to fumes and odors. Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritants.
