Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Protect customers, staff, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies. Ensure the store always looks its best.

Requirements
Qualifications for a Store Manager include: At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations. May be exposed to fumes and odors.
The position involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals. Additional Information
