Michaels Stores . Store - BOS-NEWTON, MA Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs and Company policies; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Ensure all front-end policies are followed; manage KPIs for yourself and your team. Plan and lead class and in-store events per Company programs. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes, including RTV and ASN activities. Support onboarding and training of new team members; coach and develop staff to achieve results. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Maintain a positive and respectful interaction with customers and team members, embodying the organization’s values. Acknowledge customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions. Participate in truck unloading and stocking; ensure standards are met within budget. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production, especially in stores without a Framing Manager. Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, lifting heavy items, working nights, weekends, and outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations available upon request.
