Medical Front desk receptionist
Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally.
Assist patients in the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Respond
promptly to patients
Verify patient information courteously and ensure accurate documentation.
Schedule appointments and provide patients with the necessary information.
Obtain prior authorization
Medical Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
Previous experience medical receptionist is needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems.
Experience with EMR/EHR is a plus.
Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to
improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance;
Monitors own work to ensure quality and efficiency.
Must be flexible and able to travel to Toms River once a week to start.
part-time to full-time $18-$20 Salary commensurate with experience
