Summary

Boutique and growing private equity firm is seeking a receptionist to join their team. This individual will serve as an ambassador of the firm and be the first point of contact for in-person visitors. Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, greet, announce, and escort guests, manage the conference rooms calendars and prepare for meetings/organize catering. Will sort/distribute mail and packages, maintain appearance and organization of reception, conference rooms and communal office areas. Will ensure the kitchen and snacks/coffee/supplies are stocked and liaise with the building cleaning crew. Assist with administrative tasks of filing, data entry and scanning, booking travel, printing/preparing materials and ad hoc projects as needed. Role is in office 5 days a week.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing seat in finance, consulting, professional services or hospitality. Candidate should be professional with a polished demeanor, a “can-do” attitude, and excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication along with strong computer skills across MS Office suite is required. Must be punctual, organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. #J-18808-Ljbffr
