Overview The Senior Manager, 5G Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) Product Management is a strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder focused on driving innovative and transformational solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this role is ultimately accountable for developing T-Mobile's 5G ANS portfolio and creating transformational connectivity solutions across industries in T-Mobile’s customer base.

Responsibilities

Define the long‑term strategy of the product portfolio and align various product road maps.

Drive and support technical delivery end to end; define scope for releases/product increments.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology teams and external partners to advance products.

Facilitate high‑level meetings between executives and key stakeholders to promote 5G ANS objectives.

Deliver customer trials and solutions; investigate, collaborate, deploy and support on‑site customer use cases; document and demonstrate ROI and value of 5G ANS solutions.

Own lifecycle management of multiple products, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap; develop business cases for product development.

Develop change management and cascade Vision/Strategy to align goals with corporate priorities from executives to direct reports.

Provide review and guidance to Product Management and Vendor teams on execution; drive accountability for implementation, service levels, and contractual terms.

Ensure funding processes are followed; resolve blockers related to product funding; coordinate activities between internal teams and vendors.

Collaborate with leadership to determine back‑office budgets and opportunities for cost savings and service quality.

Represent T-Mobile as the primary vendor contact for performance, quarterly reviews, escalations, and issue resolution; build relationships with vendor leadership to align expectations.

Support direct reports with prioritization and resource allocation; develop development plans and leadership opportunities; create and monitor performance improvement plans when necessary.

Provide regular coaching and foster a culture of timely, constructive feedback; hire, manage, and develop a high‑performing team of individual contributors.

May serve as Product Manager for a specific product or group of products.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)

Work Experience 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

2–4 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationships in Product Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Product Lifecycle Management experience in delivering large and complex initiatives. (Required)

Strong communication: ability to interact with leadership, executives, and non‑technical audiences; excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Required)

Business Analytics: ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data. (Required)

Base Pay Range $140,500/yr – $253,500/yr

Benefits and Compensation Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. Actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
