We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our field-based teams and leaders across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. What You’ll Do

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives. Partner with managers to navigate complex HR matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance on multi-state employment law (with preference for CO or CA expertise). Manage HRIS processes, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decisions. Lead HR projects and processes such as onboarding, leave administration, audits, and compliance. Reinforce company culture and values while supporting engagement and growth across field-based teams. What We’re Looking For

2–4 years in an HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role (Generalist/Employee Relations experience considered). Experience supporting field-based or multi-site teams in a mid-size to large organization. Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws; expertise in CO or CA employment law highly preferred. Polished communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Professional presence, personable demeanor, and the ability to build trust quickly. HRIS savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to travel 5-6 times per year. Preferred Candidate Qualifications

Experience in retail or healthcare industries. Dayfore HRIS system experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or HR certification such as SHRM-CP/PHR in lieu of degree). Advanced Excel skills and HR data analytics experience.
