Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative support role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Perform general administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Microsoft Excel skills & experience including using formulas and formatting. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for calls and video chats. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus Job details
